  • This is why you're in this course - to get the step-by-step instructions to help you build your CRM. And that's exactly what we'll do in Module 4. From proposals, to contracts to schedulers, I'll show you how to do it all.

  • We all want to get paid and this module will show you how to do it with your CRM. We'll talk all things invoicing, reminders, payment plans and payment providers to make sure you get paid right, the first time.

  • In Module 5, we'll be testing your new CRM. I'll step you through how to test and what to test to make sure your system is ready for launch.

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are a really important part of any business and in this module, I'll show you how to write them for your CRM (and include a handy-dandy template to get you started).

  • Module 8 is all about how to make your CRM grow and scale with you so you don't have to replace it all the time. We're in this for the long haul and I'll show you what to look for to keep your CRM ticking along for years to come.
