Solution
To manage both businesses effectively, Sara required a CRM to handle her VA services and coaching offerings while accommodating future growth.
I designed a custom CRM solution with tailored features to manage leads, automate workflows, and streamline processes for both businesses.
Process
We kicked off the project by planning and creating goals for the CRM. I then started to import existing leads and configure the CRM to capture new leads from various sources. To ensure efficient lead management, we integrated lead scoring and prioritisation features.
Additionally, custom forms and schedulers were created to automate client bookings, reducing manual efforts.
Results
Our CRM solution transformed Sara’s operations, enabling her to handle a multitude of leads and effortlessly manage both businesses. As a result, she experienced a 10x increase in monthly revenue and expanded her team with a second staff member.
By streamlining workflows and reducing mental load, Sara has been able to significantly enhance her efficiency and reduce stress.
Lessons
This project highlighted the importance of a CRM's scalability and flexibility in supporting business growth and evolution.
