  • Simply fill out the Client Application Form so I can get a good idea of your needs and how I can support you.

    We'll also have a Vibe Chat to see if we're a good fit.

  • I'll send through a personalised proposal for you to take a look at and help you make your decision a little easier.

  • Once you've finalised your proposal, I'll send through a deposit confirmation and Client Agreement to get you booked into my calendar.

  • Because I'm a neurodivergent friendly business, I offer either a planning call or an in-depth questionnaire to understand your needs and business.

    You'll also get access to a personal client portal and we'll set up Whatsapp so we can chit-chat in realtime.

  • Our 4 weeks together will FLY by and we'll be ready to go with your new client management system.

    You'll also have a handover call where we go over everything and you get 14 days of post-handover support to troubleshoot as needed.

    Oh and you'll get access to my library of resources to help you manage your new system.

  • Great question - yes! A Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is the same as an automated client experience.

    It's just a fancier way of saying it.

  • My bespoke client experience builds take 4 weeks, from start to finish. This ensures enough time for planning, strategy, design, testing and launch.

  • Amazing question, babe. I use most systems to build your client experience, but I am an expert in Moxie and Dubsado.

  • I get it. Sometimes investing in your business can seem a little scary but investing is what generates growth. 


    In order to support you in getting the business of your dreams, without the financial fear factor, I offer personalised payment plans. 

  • I make the process as easy as possible. Before we get started I will send you a list of things I'll need in order to get going. This includes things like email templates, forms you currently use and logins for systems (don't worry, these are kept very securely).

  • I totally understand. Oftentimes, we believe that manually sending emails and tracking projects means that we are offering a more personalised service or that we won't drop the ball on a project.

    But this is a myth. 

    Doing everything manually can cause burnout which if you've ever experienced it, isn't fun.
